Even the best laid plans can be derailed by the unexpected! Dinner yesterday didn’t go exactly as planned. I left work yesterday with a fever of 102 degrees F and felt miserable. I didn’t really feel like cooking, so I tried warming up some Campbell chicken noodle soup and I could only eat about 2 bites of it. I did finally get down some plain whole wheat toast. I also didn’t exercise. I took some cold medicine and went to bed. I woke up this morning sweating like crazy, but my fever had broken! I am still not feeling 100%, but we’ll see how it goes.
Breakfast: 2 cups of raisin bran with 1 cup 1% milk
Lunch: Lunchable with an apple
Supper: red wine cauliflower risotto (we’re going to try this again.)
I am also going to try to atleast do a yoga routine or go for a walk sometime today. Maybe it will help me feel better.
