Training weaknesses

I don’t really talk about the extra work I do at the gym, but I do train my weaknesses. Today I worked on strict pull ups, wall balls, rowing. During the kid’s class I did 20 strict pull ups with a smaller band size, rowed 500 m to work on my technique and warm up, and did 10 wall balls with a 20# ball. The wall balls definitely challenged me. It was my first time using a 20# ball. Then just to get in some ab and lower back work I did 50 ghd sit-ups and 50 hip extensions. What are some of your weaknesses that you are training?
