Total Rounds, Result: 3 + 17 reps (at the playground, jumping pull ups)
There wasn’t a noon class and my kiddo wasn’t in the mood for the gym so we hit the playground. I got in my workout and he gets some physical activity via the playground. The pull ups were a challenge so I modified and did jumping pull ups. It took me a little while to figure out the best pull up option so maybe I’ll try again sometime and see if I get more rounds. I didn’t do the skill work today, but I think I’ll squeeze in a walk with the kiddo this afternoon.
