2 Epiphanies in 1 Saturday

Today it has become very clear that I have an addiction to sugar. I mean even the title of my blog indicates a clear sugar addiction.

Let’s review my journey with cutting sugar. When I first started losing weight I knew that I needed to cut out the sugar. First, I eliminated sodas. Then the snacks, like cookies and cakes. The problem with that is that I started binge eating on peanut butter sandwiches. That’s where I’m at today. Binging on peanut butter, bread, and occasionally the snacks my parents buy.

Then I feel guilty and ashamed which leads to more eating. Epiphany number 2 I’m an emotional eater. I’m getting better at this part.

Now I just have to find away to deal with it.
